Boobie Jewels is a small business specialising in handcrafted breastmilk jewellery made using customers’ own preserved breastmilk and other personal inclusions.

All of our jewellery is handmade and bespoke. While we aim to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, minor variations may occur.

In particular:

  • Breastmilk stones vary naturally in colour and appearance.

  • Resin may contain small bubbles or slight variations due to the handmade process.

  • Images on the website are examples and may not exactly represent your final piece.

These variations do not constitute faults.

4. Placing an Order

When placing an order through our website:

  • You agree that all details provided are correct.

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout unless a payment plan is offered.

  • Your order is considered accepted once you receive confirmation from us.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order if necessary. If this occurs, a full refund will be issued.

5. Supplying Breastmilk or Inclusions

Customers are responsible for sending their breastmilk or other inclusions according to the instructions provided after purchase.

We are not responsible for:

  • Items lost or damaged in transit to us

  • Incorrect packaging

  • Insufficient quantities supplied

If there is an issue with the materials received, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

6. Production & Turnaround Times

All jewellery is handmade and made to order. Estimated turnaround times are provided on the website but are approximate only.

Delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Postal delays

  • Material issues

  • Circumstances outside of our control

We will always do our best to keep customers informed.

7. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in GBP (£).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, any confirmed order will not be affected by price changes made after purchase.

Where applicable, postage costs will be added at checkout.

8. Delivery

Delivery timeframes depend on the postal service selected and your location.

Once orders have been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal services

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect information, additional postage costs may apply.

9. Returns, Refunds & Repairs

As our jewellery is personalised and bespoke, returns and refunds are limited.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

10. Jewellery Care

Customers are responsible for following the aftercare guidance provided.

Failure to properly care for your jewellery may result in damage that is not covered by our policies.

Breastmilk jewellery should be treated as delicate keepsake jewellery and not worn during activities that may expose it to impact, moisture, or chemicals.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boobie Jewels shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper care

  • Normal wear and tear of jewellery

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

  • Product designs

  • Text

  • Branding

is the property of Boobie Jewels and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
