What Is Breastmilk Jewellery for Multiple Children?
Breastmilk jewellery is a piece of jewellery made from gold, silver, rolled gold or gold vermeil which contains a resin stone infused with preserved breastmilk. For multiple children, an individual metal setting has two separate spaces to hold two different breastmilks. Alternatively, it can be separate settings added to one jewellery base such as a bracelet with multiple charms attached. Every Boobie Jewels breastmilk charm is made to order using your own breastmilk. Breastmilk jewellery for multiple children can also be engraved, so you know exactly which breastmilk is which.
How are they Made?
Your own breastmilk is carefully preserved, dried, ground down into a fine powder and combined with resin to become a beautiful stone, which is then set into your chosen jewellery design. Many styles can also be engraved for an extra layer of personalisation and to identify the different breastmilks in the jewellery.
How much breastmilk is required?
For any of the styles 2.5-5ml of each breastmilk is a perfect amount. There are ways to work with smaller amounts if 5ml is difficult to provide, please contact me here to discuss.
How long does a breastmilk jewellery piece take?
A breastmilk jewellery piece takes on average 6-8 weeks from receipt of your milk collection kit. This rises to 10-12 weeks for 9ct Gold and custom orders.
What happens after I order?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a breastmilk collection kit in the post which contains everything you need to send your 5ml of breastmilk to be preserved and turned into your charm. If ordering an item to contain multiple breastmilks, Becky will include the correct number of tubes in your collection kit or reach out to check the number required. You will receive email confirmation of your order, the dispatch of your milk collection kit and also confirmation of our receipt of the breastmilk collection kit.
